Vintage Riders Wanted - Oval Racing @ ERX!

We're changing things up for the final Grass-Roots race of the season on March 11th. We're reconstructing the track into a high-banked, all snow oval track! We'll be offering three new vintage leaf spring classes: one-lunger, air-cooled and liquid-cooled as well as a new trail sled class: 550 Fan ages 9-12. We will also be offering all of our current Grass-Roots classes.

We are also going to add a “powder puff” race during the intermission. We'll run one heat (sleds up to 600cc) and there will be NO entry fee. This is a chance for all the moms, girlfriends and grandmas to show us what they can do!

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, we're expecting a huge turnout and we will be forced to limit class sizes. This is a first come first served event!

Our Grassroots Snocross Series is in full swing, with our final race of the season coming up on March 11th. You don't have to be a proffessional snocross racer to compete, we have classes for everyone including: vintage, trail sleds, 120s and more. Dress to Impress - ERX Grass-Roots Snocross Costume Contest!

We're having a contest for the most uniquely dressed rider at our next Grass-Roots Snocross Race! Grab your old school vintage 1970's snocross suit or your kid's superman costume, the more outrageous the better. This is for any rider, in any class. You must be able to complete your first set of races dressed in your outfit. We will judge the contest during the intermission, and there will be a prize for the winner!

Open Practice - Wednesday nights under the lights!

Open Snocross practice runs Tuesdays & Thursdays 12-4pm, Saturdays 10-4pm and Wednesdays from 12-8pm. Pricing is $100 for adults and $50 for 120s. Check out our online calendar for more specific dates and times.

December 17, 2009 – Round 1 ERX Grassroots Snocross Series

December 30, 2009 – Learn to Ride Snocross Clinic – Join Levi LaVallee, Robbie Malinoski & Paul Bauerly at ERX, Wednesday, December 30th, for a day of small group and one-on-one training, tech sessions, autographs, open track time and more. The clinic is $150 per rider, it will run from 10am to 4pm and includes lunch. Space is limited so sign up today! Click here to download a registration form. December 31, 2009 – Round 2 ERX Grassroots Snocross Series

January 2-3, 2010 – ISOC Minnesota Regional Snocross Weekend - Watch some of the fastest pro riders on snow battle during the first of two weekend stops for the International Series of Champions Minnesota Regional series.

January 14, 2010 – Round 3 ERX Grassroots Snocross Series
February 4, 2010 – Round 4 ERX Grassroots Snocross Series
February 25, 2010 – Round 5 ERX Grassroots Snocross Series (final race for points championship)

February 27-28, 2010 – ISOC Minnesota Regional Snocross Weekend – The pros return to ERX for one final event. The season ending year-end point battle will be in full swing so the action is sure to be intense.

Winter Season Open Track Pass

Winter Season Open Track Passes are now available. Print off and fax this form to Katie Kreuser at 763-712-3964, or bring it in to Sportech. Call for directions: (763) 274-7072. Passes can also be purchased out at the track during open practice and on race days.

Racer Space Available

Sick of hauling your sled to and from the track?   We have limited racer space available in our heated race shop, sign up now, it will go fast!  For only $1,500 you get keyed access to our race shop with room for two sleds along with your tools, and a full season open practice track pass.  Contact Katie Kreuser @ (763) 274-7072 or email her to sign up.
